Dink Courtyard and its app "DC AI Agent" ยท Last updated: October 13, 2026
This policy explains what information the DC AI Agent app handles and why. DC AI Agent is an internal tool used only by Dink Courtyard to manage its own Facebook Page. It is not offered to the public, and no one logs in to it except Dink Courtyard's own administrators.
The app publishes posts, photos and videos to the Dink Courtyard Facebook Page, reads comments left on the Page's posts, and posts replies to those comments on behalf of the Page.
When you comment on a Dink Courtyard post, Facebook makes that comment available to the Page. The app may read the comment text, the comment's ID, the time it was posted, and the name and Facebook ID Facebook provides with it. We do not access your private profile, friends list, messages, contact details, or any information outside comments on our Page.
Only to read and reply to comments on our Page, and to decide whether a comment should be answered automatically or reviewed by a person first. We do not use comment data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose other than replying to you.
To avoid replying to the same comment twice, the app keeps a short internal log of comments it has handled: the comment ID, the post ID, the first part of the comment text, and the reply. This log keeps only the most recent entries and older entries are removed automatically. We do not keep copies of profile information.
We do not sell or rent your information. Comment data is processed only by the service providers needed to run the app: Meta (Facebook), which hosts the Page and comments, and Anthropic, whose AI model drafts replies. These providers process data on our behalf and under their own privacy terms.
You can delete your own comment on Facebook at any time. To ask us to remove any record we hold about your comments, follow the steps on our Data Deletion Instructions page.
The app is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect information about anyone under 13.
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above.
